Bankruptcy, it's your right. 

If you have recently purchased a motor vehicle that doesn't run properly, Massachusetts has several Lemon Laws that allow you to get your money back. A dealer MAY NOT sell a vehicle with no warranty or “as is.” These are:

The Lemon Aid Law for vehicles that fail inspection within 7 days of purchase, applies regardless of mileage.
​
The New Car Lemon Law for vehicles under 12 months/15,000 miles
​
The Used Car Lemon Law for vehicles under 125,000.
